It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Nash Crews of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Bessie Jane Nix Nash; her husband Raymond Delton Crews; and her siblings, Mitchell Andrew Nash, Cleveland Rex Nash, Rachel Nash Holland and Brenda Nash Ball.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Bishop of Loretto, TN and Damina Shelton of Summertown, TN; her sisters, Belinda "Doll" Johnson of Lawrenceburg, TN and Jennette Potts of Lawrenceburg, TN; and her grandchildren, Gidget Lirette Greenway, Kyle Marston, Derek Shelton and Danielle Shelton Cornelius. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
