He is survived by: his children, Anthony David Owen II, Christopher Michael Owen (Bethany), Phillip Gregory Owen and Heather Lynn Owen; his sister Sherry Owen; his grandchildren, Aaliyha, Selena, Brody, Ella and Isebella Owen; his great grandchild Alarec Wilburn; and his close friend Ralph Ritenour. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
