We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020, at the age of 104, Lois Mayo of Lavinia, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Mayo; her daughter Carolyn McDowell; and her sister Nancy Crenshaw Jones. She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Murphy (Charlie) of Milan and Corinna Goehring (Ray) of Lavinia, TN; her son-in-law Clay McDowell of Rising Sun, MD; her grandchildren, Brian McDowell (Cari) of San Carlos, CA, Wendy McDowell Miller (Darren) of Wheaton, IL, Douglas McDowell (Julie) of Charlotte, NC, Kristen Goehring Lee (Mark), Kirk Goehring (Jennifer) of Jackson, TN, Ginny Murphy Noble (Jason) of Ft Worth, TX and Mandy Murphy Crotts (Bryan) of Burlington, NC; and her great grandchildren, Megan, Molly, Jack McDowell, Elisabeth, Jackson McDowell, Savannah, Macey, Olivia, Gabriel, Sawyer Lee, Alyssa, Amelia Goehring, Haley, Rebekah, Jayden Noble, Carolyn, Patrick and Martha Ann Crotts.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Milan Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Milan High School Alumni Association, MEGA, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, or Temple Baptist Church.
