She is survived by: her parents, Malcolm Mayfield and Virginia Phillips Mayfield; her husband Earl Jarret of Lavinia; her children, Stephen Hughes (Noel) of Lavinia and Melinda Simons (David) of Milan; her grandchildren, Emily Hughes, Lauren Hughes, Haley Hughes, Jonathan Hughes, Brayden Simons and Mitchell Simons; her great grandchildren, Ayden Hughes and Emma Hughes; her siblings, Tommy Mayfield (Janice) of Alamo and Gail Gregory (Thomas) of Humboldt; and her stepsons, Gary Lynn Jarrett (Patricia) of Henryville, IN, Jerry Jarrett of McKenzie and David Jarrett (Michelle) of McKenzie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Lavinia Baptist Church in Lavinia, TN.
