She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Wayne Suratt. She is survived by: her brother Mark; her grandchildren, Holly Smith, Brant Royal Alex Cahue (Chassidy) and Ava Cahue; her great grandchildren, Bella, Anna, Emma and Samson; and her pet Periwinkle. She is also survived by her daughters and brother.
