He is survived by: his parents, Sam Leach and Lille Joyner Leach; his wife Betty Lou Leach of Lavinia; his daughter Paula Deon Hazlewood (John) of Milan; his grandchildren, Coy Lee Hazlewood (Crystal) of White Pine, TN and Rachel Love Lewis (Clarke) of Waverly; and his great grandchildren, Riley Grace Lewis, Loucille Lewis and John Henry Lewis.
