We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2020, at the age of 78, James Gentry (Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee), born in Bluefield, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Gentry and Victoria Pennington Gentry; and his sister Destie Greer. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sue Roark Gentry; his children, Mary Lipford (Tim), Dawn Stanton (Larry) and James Gentry (Tim); his sister Voreda Genry; and his nieces and nephews, Rick Grayson, Frank Grayson, Mike Grayson, Jamie Grayson, Kay Cook and Adina Hicks (Earlene Lay).
