We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2022, at the age of 86, Bertie Morefield of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ferd Morefield; and her siblings, Ileen Morefield, Charlotte Morefield Huggins, Gladys Morefield Thornton, Clare Morefield May, Vernie Morefield and Carl Morefield.
She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Morefield Widener of Laurel Bloomery, Katherine Morefield Wheatley of Fruitland, MD and Russell Morefield of Laurel Bloomery; and her nieces and nephews, Carolyn Huggins Burns, Margie Morefield Brackin, Tammy Morefield Widener, Bobby Thornton, Wayne May, Ronnie May, David May, Kenny May, Billy Morefield and Jimmy Morefield.
