He was predeceased by: his father James Lawrence Miller; his brothers, James Michael Miller and Robert E. "Bobby" Miller; and his uncle John Comer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Darlene McKnight Miller; his sons, David (Meriam) of Bell Buckle, TN, John (Amanda) of Winchester, TN and Nathan (Aubrie) of Huntsville, Ala.; his grandchildren, Makenna, Mercedes, Melody and Maebry Miller; his sons, Everett and Ian Miller; and his aunt Dorothy Comer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“Darlene, Wendell sent Lynn a text about Stanley's death. I'm so sorry that I was not able to get in touch before he died. I remember sending a card to a Lascasscas address years ago but decided it went to the wrong place and did not know where you were. We got together with Wendell and Jerry right after Christmas for the first time in years. Al and I have been sick off and on since then. Life takes many turns. Our prayers and thoughts are with your family. Betty Jones (Jimmy L. sister)”
