He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Keasling and Beulah Keasling (Adams); his daughter Susan Keasling; and his siblings, Ollie Mae Parker, James Keasling, Johnie Keasling, Alford Keasling, Kenneth Keasling, Ruth Hill, Linda Keasling, Emmerett Keasling, Veda Ledvell and Robert Keasling.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Keasling (Marshall); his children, Troy Keasling (Dennise Keasling) and Jennifer Keasling; his grandchildren, Alyssa Keasling, Jeremy Keasling and Ashley Keasling; his great grandchild Navey-Klaire Moses; and his siblings, Katherine Walker and Floyd Keasling.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to: "The Heart-to-Heart Scholarship" in memory of BJ Lawrence.
