It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruby Geraldine Bennett Dement (Lascassas, Tennessee), born in Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara A. and Andrew Franklin Bennett, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Ann Dement Pockat (Richard) of Charlotte, NC, Robert Allen Dement (Mary Ann) of Mableton, GA, Edwin Wallace Dement (Elizabeth) of Pekin, IN and Joseph Miller Dement (Patti) of Fletcher, NC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
