He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Kiser; and his siblings, Glenn Hollingshead (Theresa), Mike Hollingshead (Melissa), Cindy Puckett and Dearl Wayne Hollingshead (Martha). He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
