He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Durham and Betty Jane Harwood Durham. He is survived by: his wife Becky Wolfe Durham; his sons, David Wayne Church of Smyrna, TN and Matt Church (Katie) of LaVergne, TN; and his siblings, Larry, Jerry Durham, Lola Brown of Indiana and Mary Lee of Indiana. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
