Though Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Keith and Edith Inez Allen Keith; and her sisters, Judy Saeger and Joyce Piercy. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Marthaler; her daughter Kim Wood (Mark) of Rockvale, TN; her grandchildren, Jordan Wood (Brittney) of Murfreesboro, TN and Missy Wood of Murfreesboro, TN; and her great grandchild Summer Wood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Kay.
