He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kaye Reeves Maxwell; his daughters, Amanda Maxwell Perry (Kevin) and Vanessa Rae Maxwell Tipton; his siblings, James Maxwell (Sue Beth), Jerry Maxwell (Debbie) and Delores Perry; his grandchildren, John Douglas Perry, Kathryn Amanda Perry, William "Austin" Tipton (Shelby), Jacob Harrison Tipton and Hannah Lynn Perry Graham (Dayton); and his great grandchildren, Madilynn Elizabeth Tipton and Mason-Lee William Tipton.
