He is survived by : his sons, Jonathan Mooneyham (Fey) and Taylor Mooneyham; his stepchildren, Megan Tivitt (Philip) and Chris Brinkley; his grandchildren, Kyla Mooneyham, Davis Mooneyham and Keeley Mooneyham; and his brothers, Robert Michael Mooneyham (Elaine) and David Mitchell Mooneyham (Janette).
