He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Lane and Izetta Ring Lane; his wife Joyce Phillips Lane; and his brothers, Thomas Lane and Fred Lane.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Lane and Stephanie McConnell (Danny); and his grandchildren, Rachel Robins, Seth McConnell and Kelly McConnell. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
