He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Marcum and Thelma Cunningham Marcum; and his sister Edwina Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Watson Marcum; his sons, Joseph Paul Marcum (Shannon) and Bryan Heath Marcum (Brooke); and his brothers, Jack Marcum and Patrick Marcum. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
