He is survived by: his wife Frances Billingsley; his daughters, Suzy Smith (Bruce) of Taft and Mary Billingsley of Lascassas; his grandchildren, Jessica Hamm (Elliot) of Hohenwald, Zachary Smith, Cristina Smith of Taft and Elizabeth Hughes (Dalton) of Lascassas; his great grandchildren, Lily Hamm, Bella Hamm, Wyatt Hughes, Charleigh-Ann Hughes and Raeanna-Mae Hughes; and his brother Shirley Ray Billingsley of Cookeville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
