She is survived by: her husband James Thomas Phelps; her children, Lisa Marie Burdette and Tommy Phelps; her grandchildren, Hannah Burdette, Bella Burdette, Samantha Phelps, Nikki Nygongi and Matthew Phelps; and her sister Carol Davidson.
