He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Mincey Romines; and his sister Lisa Romines. He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Nolan (Rachel Johnson) of Knoxville and Haley Hart (BJ); his father Leon Nolan of Norris; his brothers, Randall Bumgardner of Harriman, Lynn Bumgardner of Oliver Springs and Robert Nolan (Missy) of Powell; and his close friend Mary Nolan of Knoxville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
