He is survived by: his wife Tina Ward of Lake City; his stepdaughter Tiffany (Robert Pyles); his children, Brooke and Cheyenne; his stepson Thomas Miles; his siblings, Dewayne Phillips (Linda), Darlene Randolph Crain and Missy Thorton; his niece Misty Phillips; his great-niece Lily Griffin; his mother-in-law Shirley Greene; his brother Kelly Goodman; his nephew Wesley; his children, Matthew Bray and Crystal Bray; and his friend Randy.
