He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Neil Fisher and Josephine Freshour Smith; and his siblings, Chuck Fisher and Kelley Irvin. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Fisher; his children, Andrew Fisher (Courtney), Genny Elliott (Logan) and Michael Fisher (Abby); and his grandchildren, Austin, Aubrey and Amelia Elliott.
