It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Gail Carden Owen of Lake City, Tennessee, who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Duff Carden and Gerald Carden. She is survived by: her husband Gordon Owen; her sons, Michael Owen (Lisa) and Mark Owen (Jackie); her sisters, Pat Carden and Melissa Wilson (Gregg); her uncle Glenn Carden; her aunt Shirley Duff Hatmaker; her grandchildren, Marcus Owen, Mallory, Ashlee Hood and Josh Colvin; and her nieces and nephews, Adam Wilson, Jared Wilson, Cobie Wilson and Abby Wilson Fisher.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Clear Branch Baptist Church (1030 New Clear Branch Rd, Rocky Top, TN 37769). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
