E.); her children, Richard Bumgardner and Jearldine "Candy" Taylor; her siblings, Bill, Wade Bumgardner, Lucille Shoffner, Annie Smith, Trula Smith and Hazel Raper; her grandchildren, Bryan Bumgardner, Melissa Jean and Stephanie Lynn Jones; and her great grandchild Stephanie Ann Melissa Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Fred VanNorstran Sandy, Ronnie Spitzer Johnny, Valdra Taylor Eddie, Debbie Taylor Mitzi and Mike Evans; her sister Patsy; her brother-in-law Phil Casaday; her grandchildren, Jason Jones Ronnie and Megan Spitzer Ashley Spitzer (Chris Longmars Madison); and also Jay Jay Jones.
