He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Norman York and Wilma Ann York; his brothers, Robert John Ciuffini and Gregory Neal York; and his brothers-in-law, Greg McNelley and Mark Eriksen.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Irene York; his daughter Rhiannon Nichole York; his stepchildren, Rheanna Nicole Beeler and Charles Curtis Beeler; his grandchildren, Landon, Neia, Oliver and Emily; and his siblings, Patti Jo Eriksen, Julie Ann McNelley, Charles Dale York and Kenneth Frederick York (Janell). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, who lost their 'favorite' uncle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in memory of Donnie.
