She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Vowell and Roxie Vowell (Branch); her son Jerry Hatmaker; her brothers, Kenneth Vowell, JC Vowell and Leon Vowell; and her niece Montine Kemp.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Frankie Hatmaker; her sons, Doug Hatmaker and David Hatmaker of Lake City, TN.; her grandchildren, Brian Hatmaker (Mary) of Clinton, TN, Deanna Hurd (Amber) of Knoxville, TN, Jason Jones (Miranda) of Chattanooga, TN and Brennan Jones of Knoxville, TN.; her great grandchildren, Stone Hatmaker, Luke Hatmaker of Clinton, TN, Henry Jones, Jennings Jones, Kylen Hurd, Easton Jones and Keilee; and her sister Shirley Roper (Don) of Atlanta, GA.
