He is survived by: his children, Richard Hawkins (Amy), Susie Hawkins Clure (Trev) and Lisa Hawkins; his grandchildren, Breanna Phillips, Matthew Hawkins and Zoey Miller; his great grandchildren, Gavin Hawkins, Ryan and Aaron Clure; his sister-in-law Aliene Stroud; his niece Georgia Chadwick; his great-niece Susie Hawkins Clure (Trev); his stepdaughter Missy Phillips; his nephew Junior Ray Hawkins (Ann); and his friend Chad Freeman. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
