He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Foust and Chloe Foust; his wife Wilma Jean Miller Foust; his siblings, Faye Foust Adkins, Jim Foust and Helen Foust Morton; and his children, Linda Gale Foust Dyer and Charles Clyde Foust II.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dank, Dink, Clyde, Louise Foust Hartnett of Aiken, Janet Foust Adkins of Statesville and John Foust of Rocky Top; his daughters, Patricia Foust Osteen (Bill) of Beech Island, SC, Connie Foust Lackey (Mike) of Sylva and Kathy Foust Waldrop (Loy) of Farragut; his grandchildren, Amanda Sharp Hill (Len), Laura Waldrop Okada (Jun), Jessica Sharp Carnathan (Doug), Leigh Dyer Long (Bruce), Jill Marie Dyer, Allison Osteen Hendrix (Andy), Casey Osteen Williams (Josh), William Foust Osteen (Natalie), Jennifer Smith Thielker (Matthew), Jenna Lackey Bauer, Leslie Nicole Smith and Morgan Smith Lewis (Spencer); and his uncle Jack Reed. He is also survived by his parents and grandparents or uprooted his children and wife.
Masks must be worn and social distancing observed.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Stumpy's honor.
