She was predeceased by: her parents, Courtland Tindell and Della Phillips; her husband Paul A. Cook; her son Charles K. Cook; and her granddaughter Laurel Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Cook Jr. and Andrea Schyma; her grandchildren, Amanda McCoy, Alisha McCoy, Ashley Rains and Robert Cook; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Golden, Hailey McCoy, Courtland Golden, Leland Daugherty and Kavin Bolton A.
