McNeeley; his siblings, Kenneth C. McNeeley (Sheila) and Karen McNeeley Brown (Chris); his sister-in-law Debra K. McNeeley; his nephews, John, Brent McNeeley, Tyler and Adam Johnson; his niece Kendra McNeeley St. John; his great-niece Penny Mullins; and his uncle Joe Wilson.
