He is survived by: his wife Mary Morgan Salyers; his sons, William Salyers, Virgil Salyers and Steven Salyers; his mother Gloria Dean Salyers; his sister Rhonda Teague; and his grandchild Along. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
