He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Marie White Eubanks; and his sisters, Anna Mae Mynatt and Bobbie Jean Ayers. He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Madison (David); his grandchildren, Dalton Boshears and Hailey Boshears; his sister Joann Snyder; his niece Charlene LeMarr; and his close friend Tubb Boshears. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
