It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie L. Wallace Phillips of Lafollette, Tennessee, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ricky Phillips; her son Keith Phillips; and her father Jim. She is survived by: her siblings, Andy Wallace (Rhonda), Joanne Whitaker (Roger) and Barbara Wallace; her niece Jacey Wallace; her nephews, Jake and Riley Wallace; and her close friends, Jane Phillips and Louanne Labadie.
