He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Norris and Fannie Norris (Beaty); his grandson Caleb Dalton Norris; and his siblings, Herman Norris, Tillman Owens and Ona Mae Gaines.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Norris of LaFollette; and his children, Jim Norris of LaFollette, Rick Norris (Barbara) of Harrogate, Lisa Heatherly (Jerry) of LaFollette, Rhonda Norris of LaFollette and Becky Allred (Norris) of Jacksboro. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and host of other relatives and friends.
