He is survived by: his wife Judy Maiden of LaFollette; his sons, William "Bill" Maiden (Sharon) of Virgina and Timothy "Tim" Maiden of LaFollette; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Thomas, Theodora, Tiffany, Marissa, Matthew, Candy and Christina; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Brittany, Felicia, Cassidy and Tim; his great grandchildren, Adrian, Samantha, Thalia, Page, Annabelle and Anita; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Elijah and Roddy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
