She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Charles Sparks. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Miller, Jr. (Neill Everhart) and Brandy Miller Gibson (Bryan); her grandchildren, Dylan and Mia Gibson; her mother Mildred Sparks; her siblings, Cathy Gilliam (Bill) and Steve Sparks (Stephanie); and her close friends, Becky Fredrick, Terina Brown and Rita Fannon. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and many friends.
