She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Willis; her husband Frederick Holben Sr.; her brother Robert Kiehl; her great grandchild Damion Seals; and her grandson-in-law Dustyn Seals.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Holben II (Trina), Tracey Lay (Wayne), Kelly Holben of Rocky Top, Mandy Holben of Jacksboro and Talleha Harley (Marcus); her siblings, Leonard Willis of Toledo, OH, Kenneth Willis (Terrie), Jerry Willis of California and Linda Pratt of California; her grandchildren, Claira Holben, Savannah Robinson, Jordin, Michael Melton, Karsin Seals and Raymond Holben; and her great grandchildren, Kylee Bolton, Khloe Melton, Kinsley Melton, Jordyn Smith, Jace Seals, Noah Clear, Marcus and Echo Harley. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
