She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jay" Tipton; her parents, Robert Collier and Tina Poteet Collier; and her siblings, Janet Jordan, Harold, Jim, Charles and Robert Collier.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Jann Barber (Jerry), Linda Clark, Gary Collier (Cecilia), Leesa Haber, Shellie Kowalke and Nancy Schmitz (Gary); and also Jay. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
