He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Robbins; his parents, Luster Robbins (Luck) and Alethia Seiber Robbins; and his siblings, Eleanor Wilson and Billy Ray Robbins.
He is survived by: his children, Micheal Ray Robbins (Shirley) of Jacksboro, Robert Scott Robbins (Autumn) of Jacksboro and Kathy Lynn Myers (Rick) of Norris; and his siblings, James Ray Robbins (Margie) of LaFollette and Learlene Woodard of Clinton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
