He was predeceased by: his wife Mary G. Goins; and his siblings, Gene Goins, Don Goins and Naomi Bashore. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Elmore (Larry), Pam Bullock (Monty) and Robbie Goins; his grandchildren, Chad Elmore (Christa) and Lyndsey Surber (Raymond); his great grandchildren, Blair, Hensley Elmore and Riley Surber; and his brothers, Buford Goins (Pat) and Ray Goins (Maxine). He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, many Caring Neighbors, and other friends.
