She is survived by: her daughters, April (Michael Ellison) and Teresa Weaver; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Jordan, William, Kaylee, Anthony, Jarod, Alex, Jazmin, Landen and Makenzie; and her siblings, Ernie, Frank, Issac, Carl, Wade Douglas, Charlotte Willoughby, Betsy Smith, Sharon Wishoun and Debbie Daniels.
