He is survived by: his wife Angel Cook; his children, Ricky Dewayne Cook Jr. (Amanda Cook), Cain Cook and Marissa Cook Bratcher; his sisters, Joyce, Eddie Goodman and JoAnn McKamey; and his close friends, Margaret Riggs and Christian Jimenez.
