Paul Allen Cooper Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Hurley Cooper and Rachel Esther Cooper (Blair). He is survived by: his wife Noreen Cooper (Combs); his sons, William Craig Cooper and Chad Andrew Cooper (Carmen); his grandchildren, Bailey Cooper, Katelyn Cooper and Ellie Cooper; his sisters, Glenda Bryant (Roger) and Barbara Heinss; and his nieces, Melana Martel (Ian), Cindy Faulkner (Scott), Judy Bryant and Beth Maxfield (Mike).

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made in memory of Mr. Cooper to the Smoky Mountain Children's Home.
