She was predeceased by: her husband Benny Shown Sr.; her parents, Lillian Goins Brooks and James Brooks; her grandparents, H. M. Goins, Cora McNeely Goins, Jesse N and Amanda Childress Brooks; her grandsons, Gabe Harvey, Benjamin, Joseph and Joshua Shown; and her brother-in-law Bennie Ray Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Delonda Shown Anderson (Tom) and Benny Shown Jr. (Heather Elliott Shown); her sister Betty Walker; her grandchildren, Tre Harvey, Courtney Shown Kitts (Blake), Faith Shown Hollingsworth (Corey), Jacob Shown, Emilia, Ben, Matthew and Levi Shown; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Chloe Kitts, Abbigail, Lily, Ella Hollingsworth and Korbyn Shown. She is also survived by other friends and relatives.
