She is survived by: her fiancé Zack York; her mother Helen Smith; her son Preston Smith Matthew (Leah); her granddaughters, Natalie Smith and Mattie Smith; her brother Michael (Helena Smith); and her nephew Austin Smith. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and many special friends.
