She was predeceased by: her husband Otis Williams, Sr.; her son Otis Williams, Jr.; her granddaughter Amanda Williams; her parents, Rev. John Pack and Lockie Pack; her siblings, Ervin Pack, Gladys Sergent and Eileen Johnson; her parents-in-law, Corbin and Ethel Williams; and her son-in-law Lawnie Penny, Sr..

She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Kay Murphy of Cumberland, KY.. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, 12 Great-Great Grandchildren.
