He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Meredith and Freda Reynolds Meredith; and his brother Leonard Meredith. He is survived by: his brother Spencer Meredith (Pat Meredith); his niece Mindy Key (Chris Key); his great-niece Caroline Key; and his great-nephew Caleb Key. He is also survived by cousins as well as friends.
