She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Billingsley; her parents, Fred Parker and Cleo Parker; and her sister Teresa Faye Rushing. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Billingsley of Lafollette, Scott Billingsley of Lafollette and Andy Billingsley of Lafollette; her sister Freda Burnette (David); her grandchildren, Savannah, Jennifer, Austin and Alexis; and her great grandchild Tyson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin Wilson Funeral Home (305 E Beech St, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 9010 E Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920.
