He was predeceased by: his wife Crystal Braden; his parents, Arvel Braden and Kay Edwards Braden; his brother James "Butch" Braden; and his stepmother Parsetta Braden.
He is survived by: his son Sam Braden (Talitha); his grandsons, Caleb Blackwell, Jacob Braden and Kaiden Reed; his great grandchild Emma Claire Blackwell; and his sisters, Bonnie Mildred Tressler, Evelyn Lay, Ruth Lay and Betty Jane Monday. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
